Danny Moore

Mr. Moore, a decorated U.S. Navy veteran and business executive, joined FPI’s Board of Directors on November 30, 2021. He currently owns and operates DeNOVO Solutions, LLC and Thornberry Consulting, LLC, which provide scientific, engineering, technical, and operational support services to the U.S. Department of Defense. During his 24-year Naval career, Mr. Moore held numerous leadership positions and had the distinction of being the first black male to achieve the rank of Cryptologic Technician Technical Master Chief. Mr. Moore was responsible for the growth and development of 3,800 military and civilian personnel during his final assignment as Senior Enlisted Advisor within the Aerospace Data Facility-Colorado. He has worked in the aerospace and defense industry since retiring from the military in 2005, and he served as Director of Global Operations for BAE Systems, Inc.

Mr. Moore holds an undergraduate degree from Colorado Christian University and an M.B.A. in International Business from the University of Phoenix. He is a graduate of numerous Navy leadership and technical schools and is Program Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe® Scaled Agilist certified. Mr. Moore was a Board Advisor for the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology from 2018 to 2020, and he currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Leadership Program of the Rockies and the Colorado Business Roundtable.
