About Jennifer
Ms. Grafton, a business leader with public company Board and executive experience, joined FPI’s Board of Directors on March 16, 2023. She currently serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of E2open Parent Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded provider of supply chain management software. Ms. Grafton is also an Independent Director for Dakota Gold Corp., an NYSE-listed gold mining company. In her current roles, she provides strategic guidance and leadership on matters ranging from executive compensation and corporate governance to ESG, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
From 2008 to 2019, Ms. Grafton worked with Colorado-based energy company Westmoreland Coal Company and its various subsidiaries, where she served as a Board Director, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Secretary, General Counsel, and Associate General Counsel. There, she oversaw the legal, human resources, information technology, government relations, and risk management departments. Prior, she was a corporate securities attorney for a law firm in Denver.
Ms. Grafton holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound, a J.D. from the University of Denver, and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Her resume also includes several non-profit Boards, including the Elevation Chapter of the National Charity League, the Montessori Education Foundation, and Kids Giving 365.
