‘West Plains’ is situated just off the Newell Highway approx 45km south west of Forbes, and 5 hours west of Sydney.

There is 1,160ml of irrigation water entitlement under the JIL scheme available with the sale of the property. In the past corn, sorghum, lucerne, cereal and canola crops have all been irrigated on the property.
